Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed...

About Celebrate Recovery

CR is an international ministry designed to support people in recovery from whatever hurts, habits or hang ups are hindering them from the freedom, healing, and victory that is available to every person through the power of Jesus Christ for all who believe.

What to Expect

Join us for an amazing night of food & fellowship, worship, live teaching, & testimony, along with meaningful discussion during a breakout time that is designed for personal sharing with one another to foster healing and transformation.

Principles

Celebrate Recovery offers fellowship with others while celebrating God’s healing power through eight recovery principles found in the Beatitudes (Matthew 5:1-2). By working and applying these biblical principles to their life, people grow spiritually and become free from addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors.

For example, Principle 7 is to “Reserve a daily time with God for self-examination, Bible reading, and prayer in order to know God and His will, and to gain the power to follow His will.” Just imagine how applying principles like this dramatically change a person's life.

Steps

By undergoing the twelve steps of recovery, people learn to take ownership of their actions, their emotional health, and their relationships. Each step empowers people to claim the freedom, healing, and victory that is available to them in Jesus Christ.

For example, Step 10 is to continue to take personal inventory and when a person realizes they were wrong to promptly admit it. “So if you are standing firm. Be careful that you don’t fall” (Cor.10:12). Again, steps like this truly do work for all people who take faithful action.
